All student athletes must have a new physical yearly.

NEW PROCEDURE 2024-2025

You will need all 3 of the following documents and your drug testing consent form (in online registration) which must be submitted to the school Nurse or Athletic Director to be able to practice. 

They will issue you a pink slip to hand to your coach to be eligible for practice.
